Jason Wu

Founder & Director | Master Degree in Early Childhood Education | Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Since graduation in Canada, Jason immediately immersed in the field of working with children with autism and has been professionally trained as a therapist in one of the largest ABA providers. He has been working with diverse individuals with autism of different age range and settings, such as conducting 1 on 1 at home or centre settings, social groups and school shadowing.

In the past years of working as a therapist, he has seen children of different age suffer because they couldn’t come into contact with services. Hence, he started autismilee, and focused on training a new generation of therapists. His current duties include supervising different therapists, provide training and workshops for therapists, parents and teachers, as well as overseas consultations. To promote awareness of autism, Jason periodically provides workshops and shares information about autism in different media platforms.

What I advocate to do is, to provide different services and trainings for children with autism as early as possible, to share my knowledge and provide support to the families and caregivers, bringing miles to smiles.

Quincy Lau

Associate Clinical Program Supervisor | Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis | Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Quincy has been working with children with autism since 2008. She was a clinical supervisor for an NGO which served underprivileged families with children with autism. Her expertise lies in supervising cases, designing curriculums, training therapists, and conducting workshops for schools and parents. She is also dedicated to increase public awareness and parent education through parent blogs.

Children with autism see the world from a different angle. I am here to view the world at their angle, understand them, and help them thrive for a brighter future.

Hilda Tsang

Clinical Supervisor | Master of Social Work (Honours) | Registered Social Worker

For the past 10 years, she has been working extensively with children with Autism of different age range and in different settings, including one-on-one centre and home-based trainings, kindergarten and primary school shadowing services. As a trained social worker, she focuses not only on individual needs but also the concerns and dynamics within a family, and is competent in bringing them together to maximise the full potential of the child. At autismilee, she focuses on supervision and also overseeing the HK centre.

Melody Wong

Clinical Psychologist | Master of Social Sciences in Clinical Psychology | Member of Division of Clinical Psychology, Hong Kong Psychological Society

Melody has over 7 years of clinical experience especially in assessment and diagnosis of neurodevelopmental and emotional disorders. As a Clinical Psychologist, Melody has been working with government-funded services, NGOs, private clinics and schools. She is an expert in offering practical recommendations for families and schools to best support a child’s development based on the child’s unique context and best practices in the field. Melody currently provides psychological assessment services at autismilee.

Ryan Chan

Behavioural Therapist | Bachelor of Science in Psychology

After his graduation at the University of Washington, Ryan started off his career as an ABA therapist at one of the largest ABA service centers in Hong Kong, and then he moved to teach at an international school which specializes in ABA and inclusive education for children with autism. With more than 4 years of ABA experience, Ryan is passionate about the well being of children with autism because he enjoys seeing the tremendous progress of children who receive quality ABA services.

Not everything that steps out of line must necessarily be unusual. Every child is unique and different. I would like to utilize my knowledge and skills to help children to live their lives to the fullest.

Elaine Hong

Behavioural Therapist | Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology | Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT)

Elaine has always been passionate about serving children with diverse educational needs since her study in the university. After graduation, she has been working closely with children with autism and their families. She receives ongoing training from the Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and she is experienced in providing both one-on-one and group ABA therapy. Elaine looks forward to serve more families by providing services in different settings.

I would like to inspire children with autism to reach their greatest potential, and embrace a brighter future.

Ames Au

Ames is passionate about working with children and experienced in handling children with special needs. She is receiving ongoing training by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). With more than 4 years of ABA experiences, she enjoys seeing and being involved in every single improvement a child made. She hopes to enhance the development of children with autism, and help them to integrate into the society with their full potential.

Phoebe Lee

Wishing to make a positive change in children’s lives, Phoebe started her career in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for children with special needs upon graduation. She believes that every child should receive an equal opportunity and the most appropriate way to learn. With a Psychology degree and ongoing professional training by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), she hopes that she can maximise her effort in promoting a better future for children with autism.

Crystal Tang

Before joining autismilee, Crystal worked in a local NGO which served the underprivileged, committed to support families with children with special needs. She also volunteered as a tutor at Hong Kong Red Cross, assisting children with developmental learning difficulties. She is passionate about helping children fulfil their potential, and believes that every child has an equal opportunity to learn.

Children with autism are different, not less. I believe that every child deserves to be treated equally, no matter how different they are.

Stella Lam

Stella developed an interest in helping young population with developmental disabilities during the time at college. Stella worked as a behavior technician after getting her Bachelor’s Degree in the States, in which the center emphasizes on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Due to the huge improvement and joy she witnessed from her clients and their family, Stella is dedicated to the field of autism by helping them to achieve an independent life. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in ABA and is aiming to become a BCBA.

Like everyone else, a child with autism has unlimited potential. I am here to explore their potential and enhance their development, preparing them for a brighter future.

Brian Chan

Brian has worked at an organization that provides disability services to veterans, military families, seniors, and caregivers in America before returning to Hong Kong. He is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Psychological Medicine at Hong Kong University. With experiences of ABA therapy, Brian believes ABA is the most effective and scientific way to help children with autism.

Every single child matters. I would like to help individuals with autism integrate into the society and grow with full acceptance.

Jasmine Chow

Prior to joining autismilee, Jasmine has been working in marketing and customer service industry. Becoming an ABA therapist set her on the road to a satisfying and impactful career. It affects not only the life of a child, but their family. Jasmine is a cheerful person, she enjoys working with children with special needs and taking pleasure in watching them grow with their full potentials.

Rachel Wong

Rachel has more than 10 years experience taking care of her cousin with autism, which has built up her passion in serving children with special needs. She started her career with autimilee upon her graduation, which has given her a fruitful opportunity to provide therapy services for SEN children. With a psychology and counselling degree and ongoing professional training by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), she hopes that every child will have a better future, like her cousin.

Every child is gifted. They just unwrap their package at different times and I am here to unwrap with them.

Cary has been working in the field of education with children with special education needs after her graduation. She is passionate about working with children and believes that every kid could reach their potential with patience and love. She is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Counselling at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and meanwhile she is receiving ongoing training by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), she hopes that all the children could reach their full potential and grow beautifully.

Every child is a seed. My job is to provide the right environment and nutrients and to pull them weeds. I believe that every kid has their time to bloom, with patience and love I am sure they will grow beautifully
